The AGR Analytical scientific personnel have a broad range of experience, from soil science, to exploration geology, to advanced ceramics development, to polymer engineering, to metallurgy.

This experience, coupled with our in-house crystallographic, research chemistry and mineralogical skills allows us to quickly and effectively solve complex industrial problems.

AGR Analytical specialises in structural and compositional analysis (as distinct from elemental chemical analysis) of materials ranging from concretes, soils, minerals, and metals, to stock feed ingredients, e.g. zeolites, bentonites, salts, sugars and starches.

Our team has worked with and solved problems for many major players in the cement and concrete, steel, fertilizer and stock feed industries, as well as performing corrosion analysis of storage vessels and environmental “detective” work for individual clients.

Our Services

Our services range from basic quantitative mineralogical analysis through to commissioned investigative work. Our complete service includes communicating with the client, and tailoring the service to meet the client's needs, managing the handling of material samples, managing any outsourced arrangements with other analytical facilities, and providing written reports to the client on analysis results and recommended actions.
