AGR Science & Technology Pty Ltd is the parent company for all of the AGR subsidiary activities. This is appropriate as they all are under-pinned by innovative science based technologies created and developed by the parent company.

The subsidiary activities include:-

AGR Stock Feeds

This entity is the ‘Home of AGRiliq', the most advanced Stock Feed Supplement in the market. The AGRiliq product range is produced by AGR Stock Feeds using a patented process developed by the parent company, AGR Science & Technology Pty Ltd. The company's Coopers Plains manufacturing facility in Brisbane currently ships to Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, North Queensland, and SE Asia.

AGR Soil Sciences

This entity is the soil technology development and commercialization arm responsible for a range of products including the highly successful Sodic Soil Amendment Agent and Humus Builder range. These technologies utilize beneficial re-use materials derived from industrial processes such as to achieve better environmental outcomes and cost effective applications.

AGR Farming

This entity conducts the R&D activities for both AGR Stock Feeds and AGR Soil Sciences on the company owned property at Leyburn on the Darling Downs as well as breeding sheep for meat and quality commercial beef cattle. The farm is a ‘flag ship' intended to demonstrate the effectiveness of the company's technologies and products by way of a transformation from unproductive grazing to highly productive fodder cropping and meat production.

AGR Analytical

This entity operates a laboratory at Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, dedicated to the technology development and research activities of the parent company and a select group of clients.
